Does Mino support coffee powder and capsule?
Yes. Mino supports ground coffee and Nespresso Original capsules. It is not positioned for Dolce Gusto capsules.
How long does it take to heat water?
It can self-heat room temperature water to 93.3 C in about 149 seconds, based on OutIn lab testing.
How many cups can it make per charge?
Cup output depends on water temperature, environment, and usage. With hot water, battery use is much lower than heating from room temperature water.
Is it waterproof?
Mino has IP67 splash, water, and dust resistance. Resistance is not permanent and may decrease with normal wear, so avoid treating it as permanently waterproof.
Can it be used during flight?
Please follow airline rules. Carry it in hand luggage only where allowed, and do not use it during flight.
What warranty does Malaysia provide?
Malaysia customers receive 12 months local warranty for eligible claims, subject to local warranty terms.
