Do OutIn espresso machines work with ground coffee and capsules?
Yes — OutIn portable espresso machines brew with both ground coffee and Nespresso Original-line capsules. Dolce Gusto capsules are not supported.
Can I use cold water?
OutIn’s self-heating espresso machines can heat room-temperature water on battery power; using hot water extends the number of brews per charge. Check your model’s product page for exact figures.
What does the warranty cover?
Purchases from OutIn Malaysia are covered by a 12-month local warranty with local after-sales support. See the Warranty & After-Sales page for the claim process and eligibility notes.
How do I make a warranty claim?
